Participants, acting individually or as guardians of minors, declare the following to Dimitrios Pitikas and "DREAM PLAN TOURS & TRANSFERS":
Health: We declare that we have no medical conditions that make bus travel or tour participation unsuitable. We confirm our physical fitness for the itinerary.
Release of Liability: We waive any right to claim damages for health or safety issues resulting from physical exertion, extreme weather, or visits to unusual destinations during the tour.
Vehicle Rules: Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the bus (only water is allowed). Participants are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle due to misconduct.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Athens under Greek Law.
