DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN EXCURSION / TRIP
The undersigned hereunder stating that we are participating in the organized one-day / short-day or multi-day tour / excursion / trip, acting individually or in our capacity as having parental responsibility and exercising custody of our minor child(ren) who is participating / -ei (-ou) at the organized event, addressed to Dimitrios Pitikas of Dionysios, legal representative and manager of the one-person private capital company with the name 'Dimitrios Pitikas Monoprosopi I.K.E' in the Greek language, otherwise 'Dimitrios Pitikas Singe' Member P.C' in the English language and the distinctive title 'Dream Plan Tours & Transfers M.IKE' which bears the responsibility of organizing and safely conducting the tour / excursion / trip, we declare that we do not face, nor have we faced any health problem at any time during recent or distant past, due to which it is not advisable to transport us as passengers of a bus vehicle through a normal road network, in the context of the tour / excursion / trip, regardless of the frequency and duration of each of the stops that are scheduled to be made during of our transfer to the final destination, including intermediate stops on the way back to the point of departure, whether our transfer is carried out within Greek territory, or in a foreign country or countries.
Further, we declare that we are fully capable of meeting the demands, in terms of physical condition, of following the program that we know will be followed as part of the organized tour / excursion / trip, waiving any right of ours to claim any damages whatsoever, the unborn, come to our personal health and safety or to the health and safety of my/our child(ren) represented by me/us participating, due to any increased physical exertion entailed by our participation in various / numerous activities or visiting any unusual destinations or due to the occurrence of extreme weather events that may occur during the organized tour / excursion / trip, accepting the possibility of damage or loss, regardless of intensity or extent thereof, to our physical health and/or to any of our property, in respect of which, however, we have no claim or maintain or could in any way be considered to have or maintain against the company and/or of the above-mentioned legal representative and administrator thereof who organizes the tour/excursion/trip, being fully aware, accepting and acknowledging expressly and unconditionally the sovereign right of the organizing parent company and/or of its legal representative and administrator the tour/ excursion / trip to be carried out, according to what we know from information we had during the process of booking / reserving the place for participation in it, further according to what is included in the travel / tourist guide that has been printed in paper form and has given us delivered or communicated and unconditionally accepting the conditions for conducting the tour / excursion / trip posted on the website of the organizing company.
We participants are fully aware of and accept the following, namely that: a) only if and as long as we are accompanied by a licensed tour guide, we are allowed to visit and enter archaeological sites, b) throughout our road transport by bus vehicle provided to us by the organizing company, inside it the consumption of food and drinks is prohibited, with the exception of the consumption of natural or carbonated water and c) we must repair any damage or wear we cause to the coverings of the seats, walls and / or roof of the bus due to our inappropriate behavior. Regardless of the nationality of the persons carried, the resolution of any dispute or dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and / or application of the terms and regulations governing our participation in the organized tour / excursion / trip, from the beginning to the end thereof, will be resolved , exclusively and only, by the courts of Athens and Greek law is applicable.
