This is an organized Sunset tour in the southeastern part of Attica, at Cape Sounio.

With this service you get to meet the coastal road and the Athenian Riviera by bus and of course visit the ancient temple of Poseidon during sunset.

The price above is per person for transportation in small groups with luxury air-conditioned minibuses and does not include any tour guide or entry tickets.

The pick up and drop off point is at Chatzichristou & Makrygianni corner, next to the Acropolis metro station.

All participants must be at the venue no later than 10 minutes before the start time.

Prepayment is required for participation, alternatively you can pay the driver on site at the price of 50€ if there are empty seates in the vehicle.

Itinerary:

The tour starts from Chatzichristou & Makrygianni corner where the english speaking driver with the mini bus will pick you up.

Departure to the coastline of Athens also known as the Athenian Riviera where you see the beach of Athens and other points of interest such as Lake Vouliagmeni.

First stop at lake Vouliagmeni, which is a natural brackish lake with healing properties. It is part of the Natura 2000 areas and has been designated  a landscape of special natural beauty. The lake ends in an underground cave that communicates with the sea through various galleries. 

Arrival at the cape of Sounio, where it is located 80 km from the center of Athens and 75 minutes free time to the Temple of Poseidon until the sunset time.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view and the sunset while you are at the edge of Attica region, where the kings of the ancient Greeks used to live. 

After the sunset return to Athens on the same mini bus and the excursion ends at the same point.
